This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the do1ob website and services — a SaaS platform for IT businesses: projects, tasks, sprints, time tracking, a client workspace, milestone acceptance acts, invoices, support, secrets, docs, an AI assistant and a marketplace of IT services and products. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important Legal Notice
The administration of the resource bears no liability or responsibility for the correctness, accuracy, or legal compliance of any calculations (including invoice amounts and logged time), AI-generated responses, or marketplace transactions performed using the service. All data processing is provided 'as is'. By using the service, you assume full responsibility for verifying all calculations, AI outputs, and transaction details.
1. Status of the Service as a Software Tool
do1ob is a digital platform providing software tools for IT companies (studios, agencies, outsourcing teams): project, task and sprint management, time tracking, a client CRM, a client workspace, milestone acceptance acts, invoicing, support tickets, storage of secrets and docs, integrations with Git hosts, messengers and trackers, a marketplace of IT services and products, and AI-powered assistance. Payments from clients are processed by the payment provider connected by the company itself (e.g. Stripe, Monobank, Mollie) directly to its account. The service is not a party to agreements between the company and its clients or staff, and is not a financial institution, a bank, a payment processor, or a professional advisor. All calculations are auxiliary and informational in nature.
2. Disclaimer of Liability for Calculations and AI Output
3. Communication, Transactions, and Settlements between Users
All development and support agreements, acceptance acts, invoices, financial transfers, service orders, marketplace deals, discussions, and agreements between users (e.g. between an IT company and its clients, a company and its staff or contractors, marketplace buyers and sellers) are concluded by users directly and independently. The service does not control, guarantee, or bear liability for the execution of these agreements, the quality of software or services delivered, deadlines, the presence or absence of debt, or any conflicts or disputes between users. For marketplace deals the service only holds the payment in coins in escrow until the buyer accepts the result or a dispute is resolved.
4. Data Accuracy and External Factors
Since rates, service prices, exchange rates, tax rules, and marketplace conditions are subject to change, users are responsible for inputting up-to-date data. The service does not automatically track external changes and is not liable for losses caused by using outdated or incorrect information.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service, its developers, and owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages, lost profits, loss of data, or any financial consequences related to the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to: incorrect invoice amounts, inaccurate AI responses, failed marketplace transactions, work acceptance disputes, third-party integration outages, data loss, or unauthorized access.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) input deliberately false or misleading data; (b) use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering; (c) abuse the marketplace or chats to spam or scam other users; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' or organizations' data; (e) use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform; (f) post illegal, offensive, or harmful content in chats, listings, or reviews; (g) store in secrets or files credentials you are not lawfully entitled to use.
7. Service Availability
We strive to ensure continuous operation of the resource but do not guarantee that the service will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or without technical glitches. We reserve the right to modify, restrict access, or terminate any part of the service without prior notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the resource after modifications are made constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
9. Payment Terms, Virtual Balance (Coins) and Refund Policy
Payments on the Resource are made under the SaaS (Software as a Service) model to provide access to cloud computing capabilities, data storage, and data processing (KVED: 63.11, 58.29, 62.01, 62.02, 62.09, 63.12). An organization's first project is free. To pay for each additional active project (≈ €10 / 30 days, 40 coins), extended AI limits, or marketplace purchases, the User purchases internal system units — Coins (tokens/virtual units) via integrated payment processors (e.g. Stripe, MonoPay). The purchase of coins constitutes payment for cloud software access, disk storage, hosting, and data processing services. An organization's clients and staff are never billed. The service takes no commission on payments that clients make to the company through its own payment gateway. REFUND POLICY: Since purchasing internal units (Coins) grants the User immediate access to paid services and digital content which are rendered immediately after the transaction, all payments for virtual coins are strictly non-refundable. They cannot be canceled, exchanged, or converted back into any fiat currency after the payment transaction is completed. The User expresses full and unconditional agreement with this policy when making any payment on the Resource.
